From idea to order.
Every handoff needs an owner, a date and a recorded outcome.
| Team | Start here | Complete your handoff |
|---|---|---|
| Sales | Storyboards → Team briefs | Name the reviewer and due date. Submit to creative intake; the reviewer owns escalation until creative accepts. |
| Designer / Graphic artist | My work → Team briefs | Accept the brief. Upload the concept first; attach optional body and artwork. Refresh the concept whenever linked files change. |
| Product development | Approved concept → Develop product | Assign product and workstream owners. Confirm specification, evidence and sample decisions. |
| Sourcing | Costing | Use the assigned technical package. Record target, factory quote, currency, all cost components and expiry. |
| Production | Products → Order readiness | Order commitment is a commercial decision. Manufacture only after Released for production; record evidence on assigned products. |
| Admin | My work → Unassigned briefs | Assign intake, check overdue work, confirm role access and separate test products. |
First sign-in
- Your admin adds your exact email in Team & access with your working role.
- Open the workspace and set or enter your password. An account needs an active team membership.
- Confirm the role under your name and open your first assigned task.
- On Mac or iPhone, use the same email for the workspace and capture sync.
Release rules
Creative approved confirms the concept. Technical review verifies the product data. Ready for order commitment requires commercial scope, evidence and feasible delivery. Released for production is a separate PD decision.
Test products cannot be released. Use a clearly marked test product for training; keep real approvals and production decisions with the accountable employee.
When something changes
Keep your form open if a save conflicts. Copy or export unsaved values before reloading. Specification revisions retain prior files and invalidate version-bound decisions. Resolve each required recheck before releasing again.
