Use the native Story Brands app on Mac and iPhone for capture tools. Use your browser for the shared online workspace.
Mac native app
Get the current Story Brands build from your workspace administrator. Keep one installed copy in Applications and use the same team email for workspace and capture sync.
Check Device tools → Help & backup for the installed version. Save a backup before replacing an older build.
iPhone native app
Your administrator installs the approved build using Xcode and your registered device. Keep the existing bundle identity so saved captures remain available.
Enable Story Brands in the Share sheet. Connect capture sync using the same email as the workspace.

Optional web shortcut
Safari → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, or File → Add to Dock on Mac, creates a web shortcut. It requires internet access and does not include native offline capture or the iPhone Share extension.
Current workspace update
12 October 2026: complete task and deadline queues, evidence-based release checks, shared inbox, clearer handoffs and mobile navigation. Web updates load when you refresh; native shell updates are installed separately.
